We secured a housing allocation on a 60 acre site north of Broadland Gate in 2016 and have now entered into a joint venture with Larkfleet Homes to develop it out.

A planning application for ‘circa’ 500 units will be submitted later this year with a view to commencing on site in 2019/20.
